A relationship with God is not built on distant admiration but on daily nearness. He invites us into a life where we walk with Him, not as strangers trying to earn His approval, but as beloved children learning to trust His heart. This relationship grows as we turn toward Him in the ordinary moments — the quiet mornings, the anxious thoughts, the unexpected joys. God does not ask us to perform for Him; He asks us to come to Him. And in coming, we discover that His presence is not a reward for our perfection but a refuge for our humanity.

To know God is to allow Him access to the places we often hide — our fears, our disappointments, our longings, our questions. He is not intimidated by our weakness; He meets us there with compassion and truth. A healthy relationship with God is marked by honesty, because He desires truth in the inward parts. When we bring Him our real selves instead of our polished selves, we begin to experience the freedom that comes from being fully known and fully loved. This kind of relationship transforms us from the inside out, reshaping our desires and renewing our minds.

But relationship also requires listening. God speaks through His Word, through His Spirit, and through the gentle nudges that guide our steps. When we slow down long enough to hear Him, we begin to recognize His voice — the voice that leads us toward peace, conviction, and deeper surrender. Hearing God is not about mystical experiences; it is about cultivating a heart that is attentive and yielded. As we learn to listen, we discover that God is not silent. He is always drawing us closer, always inviting us deeper.

Ultimately, the relationship we need with God is one of abiding — remaining, resting, staying connected. Jesus said that apart from Him, we can do nothing, not because we are worthless, but because life itself flows from Him. Abiding is not passive; it is a continual choosing to anchor our identity, our decisions, and our hope in Him. When we abide, we stop striving to hold everything together and allow Him to be the One who sustains us. And in that place of abiding, we find what our hearts were made for: communion, purpose, and the steady assurance that we are never alone.

Three Things I’m Grateful God Did in My Life

Written by Ginny Peirce

There are many blessings in my life, but when I look back with a quiet heart, three stand out as proofs of God’s love and His steady hand over my story.

1. He made Himself known to me — and He knows me intimately.

The greatest joy of my life is that I belong to God. Not just that I believe in Him, but that He knows me — my voice, my heart, my thoughts, my weaknesses, my hopes. Jesus walks with me, talks with me, and carries me when I cannot take another step. And the Holy Spirit doesn’t just visit… He dwells within me, guiding, comforting, and teaching me every single day. This is the treasure that shapes everything else.

2. He gave me my children to love.

My kids are one of God’s most precious gifts to me. I’m grateful for every moment with them — the hard seasons, the sweet seasons, the growing seasons. They taught me love, forgiveness, patience, and joy. I look at each one of them and I see God’s kindness in my life. Loving them has been one of my life’s greatest honors.

3. He helped me write and publish three books that tell my testimony.

Only God could have taken my story — the broken parts and the beautiful parts — and turned it into something that blesses others. Publishing three books is something I could never have done without Him. Every chapter, every page, every tear, every prayer… He was there. And now my testimony is out in the world, pointing people back to Him. That’s a miracle all by itself.

Reflection

Lord, thank You for the way You’ve carried me, taught me, and walked with me. Help me never forget the gifts You’ve placed in my life — Your presence, my children, and the testimony You’ve allowed me to share. Let my life always bring You glory.

The Unshakable Love of God

There is no force in the universe stronger than the love of God. It is not fragile, conditional, or dependent on our performance. His love is steady, unchanging, and eternal. Scripture tells us plainly: “Nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:39). That means no failure, no weakness, no circumstance can undo what He has already declared over us—we are loved.

God’s love is not like human love. Human love can grow weary, falter, or fade. But God’s love is rooted in His very nature. “God is love” (1 John 4:8). It is who He is. When He looks at us, He doesn’t see our striving or our mistakes—He sees His children, covered by the righteousness of Jesus, and His heart is moved with compassion. 🌿

What God’s Love Looks Like

• Patient: He waits for us, even when we wander. • Protective: He shields us from dangers we don’t even see.

• Sacrificial: He gave His Son so we could be free.

Transforming: His love doesn’t leave us where we are—it reshapes us into His likeness.

🌿

Experiencing His Love Daily

God’s love shows up in the ordinary moments: • In the sunrise that greets you with new mercies.

• In the peace that steadies you when life feels chaotic. • In the quiet whisper of the Spirit reminding you, “You are mine.”

When we open our hearts to His love, gratitude flows naturally. Fear loses its grip

Hope rises. And obedience becomes joy, because we trust the One who loves us perfectly.

🌿

A Closing Prayer

Father, thank You for loving me with a love that never fails. Teach me to rest in Your love, to trust Your heart, and to reflect Your compassion to others. Let Your love be the anchor of my

soul and the song of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Welcome to your blog — a peaceful place to share reflections, updates, and thoughts as you walk with the Lord.

Blog Post for Today Title: So Thankful for What God Has Done — November 29, 2025 Content:

Today I just want to thank God with my whole heart. I still can’t believe He allowed me to write two books. Me — someone who has walked through so many hard things, someone who never saw herself as an author. But God did. He put the words inside me, and He helped me write every single page. I give Him all the glory for it.

My prayer is simple: that these books will bless people, draw them closer to Jesus, and help them fellowship with Him every single day. I pray they encourage someone to walk with the Lord in their real, everyday life — in the quiet places, in the hurting places, in the places where they need His strength.

I pray God orders their steps, speaks to their hearts, and shows them that He is right there with them. Because He is. God is always speaking — gently, patiently, lovingly — and sometimes all we need to do is slow down long enough to realize it.

And I want everyone who comes to this website to feel the Spirit of God here… to feel welcomed, seen, and drawn closer to Him. This is a place for encouragement, for Scripture, for real fellowship with the Lord. A place where you can breathe for a moment and remember that you are loved by God and safe in His hands.

If my books, or this website, or even one sentence written here helps someone feel closer to Jesus… then it is worth everything.

Thank You, Father God, for guiding me, for helping me write, for walking with me, and for letting me be part of something that belongs to You. Let every visitor today feel Your presence and know they can talk to You at any time — because You’re already talking to them.

To anyone reading this: You are loved. You matter. And God is right there with you.

November 2025

This is where I’ll share personal reflections, stories of faith, and updates on my books and creative journey. I’ll add new posts here from time to time, each with a title, a date, and whatever the Lord puts on my heart. Even if my books never sell widely, that’s okay. What matters most to me is that my children read them and understand me a little better. If God chooses to use them to bless others and draw people closer to Jesus, then I am thankful for that too. All glory goes to Him.

Called into Fellowship — A Living Relationship

November 11, 2025

“God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.” — 1 Corinthians 1:9

The word fellowship in this verse means much more than just spending time together. In Greek, it’s koinōnia — it means intimate sharing, partnership, and relationship.

God didn’t just call us to believe in Him — He called us to walk with Him, to share life with Jesus day by day. Fellowship means we are aware of His presence in our hearts, we listen for His voice, and we let Him be part of every moment.

This is what my journey is all about — being Hidden in His Heart, learning to live in constant, loving relationship with my Savior. Not religion, but communion. Not distance, but closeness.

A Knowing in Your Spirit

There’s something I’ve learned over the years—and it didn’t come through books or sermons or someone else’s faith. It came through living. Through breaking. Through being carried. It came through walking with God long enough to see that He doesn’t just exist… He is present. Right here. Right now.

And I want to talk to you about that today.

Most of us say, “I believe in God,” and that’s good. Believing matters. But there is something deeper than belief. Something steadier. Something that holds you when the ground under you starts shaking. It’s what I call a knowing.

Not a guess.
Not a wish.
Not a hope-that-might-happen.

A knowing.

A deep, unshakable awareness that the God who made you is right there with you—closer than your breath, closer than your heartbeat, closer than any person could ever be.

Some of you reading this might be thinking, “I don’t have that. I believe… but I don’t have that knowing.” And it’s okay. You can. God doesn’t hide Himself from people who want Him. He draws near to those who whisper, “Lord, I need to know You.”

Let me tell you something:

You don’t need a perfect past.
You don’t need to have every verse memorized.
You don’t need to pretend you’re okay when you’re not.
You don’t need to clean yourself up first.

All you need is a heart that says,
“Lord, I want to know You for real.”

And He will answer that prayer.

I’ve lived through trauma, loss, fear, confusion, and moments where it felt like everything fell apart. And yet—in every season—God was right there. Even when I didn’t know how to look for Him. Even when I didn’t have the right words. Even when I didn’t understand myself.

And the same God who carried me wants to carry you.

Here’s the truth I want you to hear today: A relationship with God isn’t complicated. It’s personal.

It starts with honesty.
It grows with time.
It deepens through surrender.
And it becomes a knowing—a quiet confidence that you are never alone.

If you don’t feel God right now, don’t panic. Don’t assume He’s far away. Just talk to Him with your own voice and your own words:

“Lord, I want to know You.
Not just know about You —
I want to know You.
Make Yourself real to me.”

That’s it. That simple prayer opens a door only He can walk through. And He will.

You don’t need to chase Him.
You don’t need to earn Him.
You don’t need to understand everything.

Just ask Him… and then pay attention. Because when you ask God to draw near, He does.

He’ll show Himself in a peace you can’t explain.
In a strength you didn’t have yesterday.
In a whisper in your spirit that says, “I’m here.”
In a moment of comfort when there was no comfort around you.
In a knowing—adeep-down knowing—that He has you securely in His hands.

I’m telling you this because I’ve lived it. And I want you to live it too.

If you don’t have that relationship yet, ask Him.
If you feel distant, come back.
If you’re unsure, tell Him.
If you’re hurting, run to Him.
If you need Him, call on Him.

And you’ll see what I saw:
He was there all along.

In His Love, Ginny
